Your application is very important to us and we want to ensure, that you as a candidate have a good experience when applying for a job at PanzerGlass, and that we find the best match between position and candidate every time. Our recruitment process can be boiled down to:

  1. Application
  2. Screening
  3. Call in first interview
  4. If you are still a match: Second interview, personality test and in some cases skill test (HR will be participating in the second interview)
  5. Evaluation and decision making

Before the first interview

The recruiting manager will contact you via phone and agree on a time, date and place for the first interview. Afterwards you will receive an e-mail confirming the agreement you made.

The interview

At the first interview, you will meet the recruiting manager and in some cases also a colleague from the team. At first you will be introduced to the recruiting manager, the organisation, the team and of course the position you have applied for. Afterwards the interview will be centered around you and your skills, previous experiences and match with the team.

If we find that there is a match, you will be invited for a second interview – normally we will let you know within a week.

Before the second interview

Before the second interview, you will be asked to conduct a personality test online and e-mail the results and your reflections to HR two days prior to the interview. In some cases, you will also be asked to prepare a case or conduct a skill test.

The interview

The second interview will be conducted by the recruiting manager and HR. The focus during this interview will be on the case (if required), the personality test, reflections from the first interview, your expectations to the position, the workplace and your ambitions.

Final step – am I the one?

After the second interview, the recruiting manager and HR will evaluate, and you will hear from us no later than one week after your second interview. You are always welcome to contact the recruiting manager or HR, if you have any questions during the process.

If you are the one we are looking to hire, you will get a contract proposal and we will discuss start date etc.

On-boarding

It is important to us, that all new employees are off to a good start, when joining PanzerGlass – and this goes for all countries in which we operate.

To ensure that you are prepared for your new job the best possible way, you will receive an e-mail with a 2-week programme planned by your direct manager, and other relevant documents for you to read before your first day at work.

We always welcome new employees with breakfast on their first day. Here you will get a chance to meet all your new colleagues along with our CEO, Jimmy Olsen – sometimes in person, and sometimes via Skype. He will give you an introduction to the history of PanzerGlass, our development and the goals for the future. Moreover, you will have a one-on-one with all members of the management group, to ensure you have met them all and are familiar with their areas of responsibility and how you can use them for sparring, guidance etc.

Also, if you have questions during your on-boarding period and thereafter, simply ask one of your colleagues, your direct manager or HR – it is important for us to nurture an open and helpful working environment.
