Both the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and S6 have curved edges, which is why the PanzerGlass does not go all the way to the edges. Because the screens curves near the edges, the silicone would not be able to stick, if the PanzerGlass was any wider. This would create air bubbles underneath the PanzerGlass, which would not be optimal.. Original PanzerGlass does not cover the entire front, but it does still give a major protection for your mobile device and prevents damage and scratches. You can see an example of the PanzerGlass on the following picture, how it will look on the Samsung Galaxy S6.

As you can see on the last picture the PanzerGlass is lying flat on the screen of the phone. At the edge there is some air under the glass because of a tiny curve on the screen which is not that visible. That’s why the glass for the Samsung Galaxy S6 is only covering to exactly that point.
