It is important to us, that all new employees are off to a good start, when joining PanzerGlass – and this goes for all countries in which we operate.
To ensure that you are prepared for your new job the best possible way, you will receive an e-mail with a 2-week programme planned by your direct manager, and other relevant documents for you to read before your first day at work.
We always welcome new employees with breakfast on their first day. Here you will get a chance to meet all your new colleagues along with our CEO, Jimmy Olsen – sometimes in person, and sometimes via Skype. He will give you an introduction to the history of PanzerGlass, our development and the goals for the future. Moreover, you will have a one-on-one with all members of the management group, to ensure you have met them all and are familiar with their areas of responsibility and how you can use them for sparring, guidance etc.
Also, if you have questions during your on-boarding period and thereafter, simply ask one of your colleagues, your direct manager or HR – it is important for us to nurture an open and helpful working environment.
