Before the first interview
The recruiting manager will contact you via phone and agree on a time, date and place for the first interview. Afterwards you will receive an e-mail confirming the agreement you made.
At the first interview, you will meet the recruiting manager and in some cases also a colleague from the team. At first you will be introduced to the recruiting manager, the organisation, the team and of course the position you have applied for. Afterwards the interview will be centered around you and your skills, previous experiences and match with the team.
If we find that there is a match, you will be invited for a second interview – normally we will let you know within a week.
