Work-life balance is a key priority at PanzerGlass, and all employees have the freedom with responsibility to plan their own work day and deliver on promises and deadlines.
In some positions, however, it is necessary for employees to be present at the office within specific working hours, as customer service, contact with colleagues and partners overseas and the like need to be handled in a timely manner. On the other hand, our sales colleagues e.g. are always on the run – on their way to a new meeting, another client, a fair etc. - therefore, they often work from different locations.
We believe flexibility from both employer and employee is vital in today’s world, and that employees perform at their best if a healthy balance between work and spare time is sustained.
