PanzerGlass is one of the best workplaces in Denmark
PanzerGlass A/S is climbing up the list of “Great Place to work” in Denmark with an impressive 2nd place in 2019.
Tuesday, November 12 PanzerGlass won the prize as the 2nd best workplace in Denmark in the category of organisations between 20-49 employees, when “Great Place to Work” announced the best workplaces in Denmark.
Being number 2 on the list makes us really happy and proud: “ To be among the best workplaces again this year makes us really happy and proud – and especially the development we have gone through from being number 13 on the list to number 2 in just three years is amazing. It is, of course, a big recognition to be placed on the top of the list, but what is most important is that our employees feel and see the continued work we do every day to be the best workplace. The survey ensures, that we can have an internal focus on employee satisfaction based on data and facts” says Ditte Bak, Head of Global HR.
Honest feedback from the employee is what makes the whole difference
It is the third year in a row that PanzerGlass is participating in the “Great Place to Work” survey. The premise for implementing GPW as a tool has always been to do something about the areas where the employees point out that there is room for improvement. And it is exactly this method that has ensured the development in employee satisfaction. “We do not want to ask our employees for feedback and then not act on it. We keep our promises and we work actively with their feedback. As an example, I can mention that we in Q3 2019 paid our 308.000 DKK in bonus shared between all employees across the organisation. This as a means to ensure a “fair share” which has been one of the areas where our employees have asked us to improve”, says Jimmy Olsen, CEO PanzerGlass.
In the 2019 survey, the employees have provided good and honest feedback which will be the basis for the areas PanzerGlass will work with during 2020 together with the overall strategy.
