PanzerGlass Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions before using this website. Using this website indicates that you accept the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Welcome to the official PanzerGlass web store (“the Web Store”).
By placing this tick, you consent to receiving information by email and physical mail – depending on what we find appropriate.
In this Web Store, we only sell products to customers who have turned 18 or who have received permission from their parent or guardian.
Accepting these Terms and Conditions thereby confirms that you are 18 or older or have received permission from your parent/guardian, and that you are purchasing goods in the capacity of customer alone. In other words, you are buying goods for personal use or for use as a gift.
We only deliver within the United Kingdom, which means Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and England.
The Web Store displays information pertaining to a range of products, including sizes, compatibility, colours, and prices.
This information is intended to allow you to make an educated evaluation of the product before placing an order in the Web Store.
Although we endeavour to keep the Web Store up to date, it happens that we are not able to deliver a product found in the Web Store or that we cannot deliver the product at the price advertised in the Web Store.
You therefore accept that the Web Store serves merely as an encouragement to place an order.
This means that we are not obligated to deliver the product or products that you have ordered until such a time as we have withdrawn the funds from your account.
Your basket shows the products you have selected, as well as the total price for said products. The price is shown in GBP and includes both VAT and shipping.
You are not tied to your order until the following steps have been completed:

Should you wish to do so, you can interrupt your purchase at any stage.
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Dankort / VISA-Dankort
- VISA Electron
- Diners Club
- American Express
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
Payments made through PayPal are not protected by the right to appeal. You can read more about PayPal’s Terms and Conditions on their website.
PanzerGlass uses an approved payment server, Reepay, which has been approved by the PCI (Payment Card Industry), and we encrypt all card details using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that it is not possible for unauthorised parties to access your credit card information through our systems.
Payment for your order will not be taken from your account until the product is shipped. All amounts are displayed in GBP and include VAT.
There is no fee for card payments.
- Order confirmation
Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation from us by email.
The email will contain an order summary stating the product type, colour, size, compatibility, price including VAT and shipping, and order number. You should save this email in case you need it for correspondence with our customer service later on.
The automatically generated email does not serve as a guarantee of us accepting your order, but rather as a confirmation that we have received and will begin to process it.
- Order processing
We send your order to the warehouse as soon as it is placed. This is to ensure that delivery happens as quickly as possibly as well as to check that the product is in stock. In the unexpected scenario that the product is not in stock, we will immediately send you an email informing you of this.
If the product is in stock, we will deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
If you place an order in the Web Store before 2pm, we endeavour to ship your order the same day.
If you place an order after 2pm, or during the weekend or a public holiday, your products will generally be shipped on the following business day.
We cannot accept any responsibility if you receive the product later than expected.
- Shipping information
Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email. This email will contain a reference to your order number.
The email will also include the following relevant information, which you should save:
- Track and trace number from PostNord
- Shipping and delivery
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order at PanzerGlass A/S in Hinnerup, but we are happy to receive your parcel from PostNord on your behalf.
A product is considered delivered once it is in your possession. This is usually when it is delivered to your address or you have picked it up from the post office/delivery locker or similar.
Delivery takes 2-5 business days and will be carried out at your nearest post office/delivery locker.
Delays caused by third parties may occur, so the delivery time should be seen as an estimate from the date of shipping rather than the date of purchase.
All shipping costs are covered by PanzerGlass A/S.
Consumers have a 14-day cancellation period when purchasing our products.
This cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received your product. If multiple products have been ordered together but delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day that the last product is received.
This cancellation period means that you have 14 days to tell us that you want to return the product. You must register your desire to return the product through the Returns portal in the Web Store, which can be found here. You must provide a clear explanation as to why you wish to return the product.
You cannot put the cancellation into effect by refusing to accept the product without letting us know.
Once you have expressed your desire to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product.
If the product has lost value as a result of you using it in a way other than that required to preserve its nature, properties, and functionality, you are only entitled to a partial refund. The refundable amount depends on the trade value of the product.
If you have purchased multiple products from us, you may return one or more products even if these have been purchased as one order.
If you wish to return one or more products, this can be done through the Returns portal in the Web Store, which can be found here.
To log into the Returns portal, you need the email address used at the time of purchase and the order number included in the previous email.
The process for submitting Returns to the system is as follows:
- Log into the online Returns portal on the website using your email address and order number
- Select the products you wish to return from the specified order
- Print the pre-paid shipping label, which is sent to your email address
- Return all items selected using the printed shipping label
Shipping costs for returns are covered by PanzerGlass A/S.
You cannot exchange a product for a new one, but you may receive a refund for a purchased product, after which we can help you ship a new product as part of a new order.
- Shipping errors
In the unfortunate event that we fail to deliver the items listed in your invoice and/or delivery note, contact customer service on email@example.com, informing them of your order number.
We will investigate the matter and get back to you as quickly as possible.
When placing an order in the Web Store, your purchase is protected by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that all purchases come with a 24-month warranty. If your claim is justified, this means that you will receive a refund or a discount depending on the specific situation.
You have to file a complaint within a “reasonable timeframe” of discovering the defect. If you submit a claim within two months of discovering the defect, your claim will always be considered reasonable.
You submit a claim by accessing https://rma.panzerglass.com/ using the serial number on the back of the packaging. After gaining access, follow the steps as outlined.
If the claim is justified, we will provide a refund.
We reserve the right to have the product physically shipped to PanzerGlass A/S, if so desired. The shipping will be covered by PanzerGlass, and the product must be returned in reasonable packaging. Remember to get a copy of the shipping confirmation.
If you wish to return the product, you are entitled to a refund. If the value of the product has been compromised, we will subtract the relevant amount from the refund.
We issue refunds within 7 days of the day we receive the product and verify that everything is in order. Once this is done, we authorise the refund immediately.
The refund is issued through the same payment method as the one used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product unless you provide documentation proving that you have returned it.
- Applicable law and complaints
Your purchase is protected by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

There may be typographical errors, price changes, and sold out products in the Web Store.
We cannot guarantee that the colours shown in the Web Store are accurate renderings of the actual products. The colour rendering depends on your computer settings.
Information found in the Web Store may contain technical or typographical errors.
Information found in the Web Store may be changed without notice.
Information published in the Web Store may include references or cross-references to other products. Access to such information is not guaranteed, especially considering that any information may be changed without notice.
- Personal data and cookies
In connection with your use of the Web Store we collect, process, and use a range of personal data.
- Copyright and trademarks
Products and content in the Web Store, including text, images, and sound, are copyright protected and belong to PanzerGlass A/S.
It is not permitted to use, reproduce, change, or copy products and other content in the Web Store without the express consent of PanzerGlass A/S.
The products available in the Web Store are trademarked and registered to PanzerGlass A/S or Retail Distribution, which is an affiliate of PanzerGlass A/S.
It is not permitted to use these trademarks for commercial purposes without the express consent of PanzerGlass A/S.
