How to make a claim
If you have received a product that has become faulty for some reason, you can create a complaint (RMA) with us.
The way you do this is to send the following information
- Pictures clearly displaying the damage
- How the damage happened
- Product number or Name (SKU)
By including this information, you will receive a quicker and easier handling of your complaint, and that the communication is as comprehensive and accurate as possible.

The Manufacturer’s Warranty (RMA) is applicable globally according to consumer laws at the place of purchase. The commercial legal warranty is valid from the purchase date until the minimum legal consumer warranty at the place of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of PanzerGlass™ products before you have started using the product, such as discolourations or faulty adhesive immediately after application of the glass onto your device. If you discover a defect before you use the product (such as discolouration, faulty silicone adhesive, warping, rainbow line discolouration, scratches, oil marks or impurities in or on the product), please return the product to the retailer where you purchased it.
If you bought a product at one of our resellers, we ask that you contact them.
PANZERGLASS MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
All PanzerGlass™ products.
PanzerGlass RMA warranty starts on the purchase date and lasts the minimum legal consumer warranty at the place of purchase (example: 2 years in Denmark).
Damages caused by operating the product outside its intended use.
Products must be returned to the original place of purchase and you must provide proof of purchase.
Contact the original place of purchase to inquire the warranty process to follow and/or jurisdiction.
The PanzerGlass™ manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing defects only and entitles the holder to a replacement PanzerGlass™.
Manufacturing defects include defects in materials and workmanship of PanzerGlass™ products before you have started using the product, such as scratches, oil marks or impurities on/in the product before use or if the product is defective in its ordinary use thereafter.
Note: PanzerGlass™ screen protectors are designed to break by absorbing the damage from shocks and blows to protect the screen on your mobile device. Normal wear and tear is not a defect.
Replacement at no charge or exchange of the product with a product of equal value.
You (the consumer) and the original place of purchase (the retailer/shop).
GENERAL FOREWORD REGARDING DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
At all times you should pay close attention to the purpose and correct and proper use of all PanzerGlass™ products.
As an example, PanzerGlass™ screen protector products are designed to protect only the screen of your smart device being it a phone, tablet or the like – not the hardware, software or other items. The PanzerGlass™ screen protector is not to be regarded as a guarantee that your smart device screen etc. will not break or otherwise be damaged – it is, however, an extra security that in many accidents will help save your screen. In essence – in many cases, the PanzerGlass™ screen protector will take the hit and perhaps break and at the same time save the screen of your smart device it was properly mounted and applied to.
Always make sure that you use the correct model of screen protector for the correct model of the smart device and always take your time and be diligent and precise when both cleaning the screen of your smart device and thereafter mounting and applying the PanzerGlass™ product.
It goes without saying that the PanzerGlass™ products are not to be used for consumption or the like – it is to be used only for its true purpose.
Although most of the PanzerGlass™ screen protectors have a layer of anti-shatter this does not mean that it will be absolutely free from small pieces of shatter or chippings in case of the PanzerGlass™ screen protector breaks. What it does mean is that the PanzerGlass™ screen protector – in the case it breaks while seeking to protect your smart device – will for the most times not shatter into a lot of shatter and chippings but will for the majority stay on the screen protector so that you can easily remove it mostly in one piece, and there you have it: You can now mount and apply a new PanzerGlass™ screen protector for that extra safety.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REMEDIES SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, TERMS, UNDERTAKINGS, OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PANZERGLASS™ SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, TERMS, UNDERTAKINGS, OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS RELATED TO OR ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, CARE, SKILL OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE:
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REMEDIES SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR POLICIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, TERMS, UNDERTAKINGS, OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANZERGLASS™ SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, TERMS, UNDERTAKINGS, OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS RELATED TO OR ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, CARE, SKILL OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER, YOU MAY HAVE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR POLICIES. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR LOCAL CONSUMER AUTHORITY FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS. IF NOT COVERED BY THESE RIGHTS, PANZERGLASS™ DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR FOR LOST, CORRUPTED, OR COMPROMISED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, PANZERGLASS™ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, PANZERGLASS™ IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER. IN CONSUMER CASES, THE LIABILITY FOR (1) PERSONAL DEATH AND INJURY AND (2) FRAUD MAY BE WIDER THAN NEGLIGENCE CAUSED LOSS AND IN SUCH CASES PANZERGLASS™ DOES NOT SEEK TO EXCLUDE THIS LIABILITY.
Some states, provinces and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The express limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province or jurisdiction.
Terms & Conditions - Two-year Manufacturer's warranty PanzerGlass™ Products
This two-year manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of PanzerGlass™ products (the “product”) for the Warranty Period described below.
Who May Use This Warranty?
PanzerGlass™ (“we”) extends this two-year manufacturer’s warranty only to the individual consumer who originally purchased the product (“you”). It does not extend to any subsequent owner (for example, if you sell the product, the buyer cannot obtain warranty service).
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, which include defects in materials or workmanship.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This two-year manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) improper use; (b) device upgrades, repairs or replacements that impair the functioning of the PanzerGlass™ product; (c) improper installation; (d) failure to follow the product instructions; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; or (g) abuse or misuse of the product. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.
What Is the Period of Coverage?
This two-year manufacturer’s warranty is valid two years, starting on the date of retail purchase of the product (the “Warranty Period”), or the replacement/repaired product. If you discover a defect before you use the product (such as such as discoloration, faulty silicone adhesive, warping, rainbow line discoloration, scratches, oil marks or impurities in or on the product), please return the product to the retailer where you purchased it.
What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty?
With respect to any defective product during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (a) replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge; (b) provide a product of comparable value; or (c) provide a credit to purchase a different PanzerGlass™ product.
How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?
To obtain warranty service, please submit a warranty RMA claim through www.rma.panzerglass.com by providing the product’s serial number, a copy of the original receipt, and a photo of the defective PanzerGlass™ product. All warranty claims are subject to approval by PanzerGlass™, which may reject warranty claims in its reasonable discretion.
Upon approval of the claim by PanzerGlass™, you will either receive a replacement of the PanzerGlass™ product, or a PanzerGlass™ product of equal value, within 7-10 business days.
