Please read these competition conditions carefully as they contain important information.

By entering a competition/giveaway, you accept these competition terms and conditions.

 

General

These competition conditions apply to competitions organised by PanzerGlass A/S with registered office in Denmark, Delta 8, 8382 Hinnerup (CVR: 34902380).

Unless otherwise stated in the competition notice, these competition conditions apply together with the competition notice.

 

By entering, you consent to PanzerGlass A/S contacting you via email and telephone with information about new PanzerGlass™ products, special offers, tips for use and information about special features of the product, and information about the launch of new devices where PanzerGlass™ protection is relevant.

 

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each email and SMS you receive from PanzerGlass A/S.

About the competition

Participation is not conditional upon purchase and is free of charge unless otherwise stated. Entrants can only participate once and any attempt to cheat or use a false name, address or email will result in disqualification from the competition. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

 

The competition will run for the period stated and the winner will be drawn at the time stated.

The competition will award the specified number of prizes of the specified value. As this is a prize, there is no right of complaint under the Sale of Goods Act. A prize will not be given to a winner if the person in possession of the prize would violate the law.

 

The purpose of the competition is to promote PanzerGlass™ and any partners. Participants may not subsequently make any claim against PanzerGlass™.

 

Participants

Unless otherwise stated, participants must be a resident within our freight area and over 18 years of age. PanzerGlass™ reserves the right to verify the age of winners and disqualify entrants under the age of 18. Employees of PanzerGlass™, members of their households and any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of the competition are not eligible to enter. If a participant does not comply with the conditions of participation, he/she will automatically lose the right to a prize.

 

Conditions of participation

The requirements for participation in the competition are set out in the competition notice.

 

All entries received after the closing date will be invalid and will be excluded from the competition. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that the entry is received in time. PanzerGlass™ cannot be held responsible for any problems with entries, whether on the internet, in shops, by telephone, email, post etc.

 

 

Selection of the winner

The winner will be selected by random draw and contacted by email or via direct messages on social media for delivery of the prize, unless otherwise stated.

 

If the winner has not responded within 30 days of being contacted by PanzerGlass™, PanzerGlass™ reserves the right to draw a new winner.

 

By entering the competition, you agree that PanzerGlass™ may contact you by email and direct message regarding the awarding of the prize.

 

PanzerGlass™ reserves the right to publish the name of the winner of the competition on PanzerGlass.com and other media used by PanzerGlass™.

 

 

Final provisions

PanzerGlass™ reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice. In this case, the participant cannot make any claim against PanzerGlass™.

 

Any achievements related to participation in a competition are the property of PanzerGlass™ and may not be transferred to third parties unless otherwise agreed.

 

No part of this competition may be disclosed or published without the written consent of PanzerGlass™.

 

This competition is governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Contest Terms, or the Contest shall be submitted to the Courts of Denmark or an appropriate and competent appellate tribunal.

 

PanzerGlass™ shall not be liable for any incorrectly awarded prizes as a result of cheating.

 

The competition is not organised in cooperation with others, unless otherwise stated.
